Heidi Kirk is an SPJ award-winning journalist pursuing a master’s degree in journalism and public affairs focusing on broadcast reporting. Kirk has experience in both print and broadcast journalism by reporting on a variety of human interest and political stories while earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Arkansas.
In the 2020-2021 school year, Kirk served as director of strategic media for University of Arkansas Student Media, where she oversaw all six student media outlets in addition to her positions of reporter, anchor and producer for University of Arkansas Television.
Previously, Kirk interned with KNWA/FOX24 in Fayetteville, Arkansas and Work It Daily. Kirk is originally from Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
