Dariya Tsyrenzhapova holds both a master’s and an undergraduate degree from the Missouri School of Journalism, where she studied Data Journalism and Convergence Reporting.
While previously working at the Open Society Foundations in Kazakhstan, she ran the Media Program, which works toward enhancing media professionalism and promoting press freedom across the country. She is a co-author of the Mapping Digital Media Report: Kazakhstan.
