Abigail Shaw is a rising junior majoring in investigative journalism at the University of Missouri, where she is minoring in political science and criminology. She is working at the Workshop as a research intern. Previously she interned for the Dallas Morning News on the breaking news desk and participated in the state government reporting program as a reporter for the Columbia Missourian, covering the State Legislature in Jefferson City, Missouri.
In her free time, she enjoys sightseeing, baking and taking care of her many plants.
